Abstract
In its adaptation to a particular ecological niche, every species of animal has attained various adjustments in the timing of its reproductive efforts and in the number of offspring produced. This is especially true among reptiles, who have utilized a diversity of reproductive "strategies" while occupying many ecological habitats.
