Abstract

The development of the problem of vehicle speed regulation and vehicle speed monitoring has indicated a need for an instrument which will provide this information.The cost and complexity of existing equipment which will perform this service places these instruments out of reach of the average motorist.This thesis defines this need and presents a design which will fulfill the need.
