Abstract
Results of brain activity mapping for zebrafish mutants with microexons removed. Both brain activity and structural data is included. These stacks are the significant signal that differs between the groups. They are compatable with the Z-Brain matlab viewer from Randlett, et al, 2015 Nature Methods.
