Abstract
Datasets procured by the Implementation and Community Sciences Core of the UAB Center for AIDS Research (CFAR) are available for public health initiatives. There are five datasets:
- Alabama Department of Health (ADPH) HIV Surveillance datasets includes data on all diagnosed people with HIV in Alabama from 2012-2022
- ADPH STD Prevention and Control dataset includes demographic and risk factor data among persons diagnosed with Chlamydia, Gonorrhea, or Syphilis in Alabama from 2014-2022.
- The Alabama Medicaid dataset includes Claims data on over 2 million Alabama residents from 2016-2020
- The LabCorp dataset includes private laboratory data for Alabama and Mississippi from 2012-2023.
- The Quest Diagnostics dataset includes private laboratory data for Alabama and Mississippi from 2013-2023.
