Abstract
These files contain quantification of recombination efficiency in tamoxifen-injected CX3CR1 CreERT2 TdTomato mice. The blood data was acquired longitudinally over six weeks, whereas the brain and meninges data were acquired at the end of the six weeks. Workspace files are included to demonstrate gating and quantification.
