Abstract
These files contain raw data from Tmem119 CreERT2/+ or Tmem119 CreERT2/+ IAB fl/fl mice transduced with AAV2-SYN. Brains were collected and processed 4 weeks post-transduction and run on an Attune Nxt flow cytometer. A workspace file is included to demonstrate how gating and quantification were performed.
