Abstract
Tmem119 CreERT2/+ IAB fl/fl mice were dosed with i.p. tamoxifen. Six weeks after tamoxifen, mice were given IFN gamma. Three days later, microglial and BAM capacity to upregulate MHCII was assayed via flow cytometry.
